It is always an exciting day for me when I release a video trailer. They are SOO much work to edit for such a short amount of play time, but the rewards are always worth it. This particular trailer was a last minute addition, and I had been saving this song I found for almost a full year for just the right trailer… and this one felt right. : )

Yesterday I had the pleasure of shooting Kristen and Dorian’s special day at Grand Haven’s Golf Club. Here is a sneak peak of their wedding day! And… I thought for a change I’d focus this post on more of the candid / photo journalistic side of my photography. Hope you like it!

What is better than photographing a beautiful senior? Getting to shoot them again! Today Jordyn did an urban shoot with me, and we simply had a blast. I spent a little extra time on the images and gave them a little more processed look than my typical editing style… but I wanted to try something different with my post processing. I’m quite pleased with how it all turned out. Hope you like it!

Tessa told me when she first arrived how excited she had been all day to shoot her pictures late this afternoon… and so the pressure was on for me to come though. : ) Of course I enjoy shooting so much, and Tessa was so much fun to work with that a few hours blew by before we knew it.
