Kevin and Casey – Night time e-session.
December 30th, 2009 by John under Engagement, PhotoshootsI lOVE shooting at night. While it has its challenges, the light and contrast in the images are so fun to work with. I end up seeing more shapes, forms, lines and colors that don’t always stand out during the day time.
About a week ago, I had a chance to do an engagement session with one of my 2010 couples at night (their idea) in Kalamazoo and we had a blast. The temperature was as good as you can ask for to still have snow falling and yet not be miserable in the freezing cold. I was really hoping for snow actually as I knew it would make for some fun lighting effects and… as you’ll see God provided. 
We spent most of the night in Downtown Kalamazoo, and then grabbed 2 quick shots at the Radison to close out the session. Here are some of the highlights. : )
